Core Job Qualifications

  • Experience – Must have at least 3 years of experience programming in the current versions of SAS.
  • Education - BA/BS in a relevant field of study (e.g., Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Statistics).
Responsibilities
  • Position would report to the Director of Audit Analytics.
  • Position can be performed remotely.
  • Stay current with the latest SAS Viya capabilities via continuing education.
Qualifications
  • Complexity - Must be an independent worker willing to work concurrently on multiple projects working with data from multiple data sources.
  • Communication - Position requires strong documentation skills at the level where each script/section of the code can be understood by a non-programmer.
  • Knowledge – Knowledge of SAS software is required; knowledge of ACL scripting is a big plus; knowledge of Oracle Financials or data visualization software is a plus.
  • Leadership - Position requires ability to accept feedback from various stakeholders, and handle certain aspects of analytics projects.
  • Judgment – Position requires superior judgment and tact in both working with and interpreting information coming from our key systems and current code to be converted.
